Governance
AFTER has been Monitoring and Ground Data collection partner with leading AI Firm Marple (Germany) and have unveiled the results of their revolutionary Satellite Cotton Monitoring Project in India.
AFTER is a Non-Profit constituted in 2022 and has been registered under society act of 1860, as per India laws.
The AFTER’s Board members oversee executive management to ensure alignment with the organization’s objectives and operations. It advises shareholders on key decisions, such as major organizational changes, and performs critical duties, including:
- Setting fundamental guidelines and strategic direction.
- Approving the annual budget and reviewing financial statements.
- Monitoring executive management and ensuring effective governance.
- Addressing other essential business matters.
